We all make mistakes sometimes. If your window decoration does not fit, Veneta will replace it with the right size for a delivery fee of $29 per claim.
Please note: You can make a Measure Insurance claim up to 4 weeks after receiving your window decoration.

You can also refer to our “How to Guides” or simply book a phone or video consultation with one of our advisors before placing your order online.When you order Shutters with Veneta, we will give you a call to go over your measurements.

How do I make a Measure Insurance claim?
If changes to measurements are required after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at 1800 836 382.
Our team will guide you through the easy process of getting the replacement blind of the correct size sent to you, and give you suggestions on how you can organise return of the incorrect sized blind back to us.
If you need the blind in a larger size, you will only need to pay the price difference between the larger replacement and the original item, as well as the delivery fee of $29 per claim.
