We all make mistakes sometimes. If your window decoration does not fit, Veneta for one-time only will replace it with the right size for a delivery fee of $35.
This is subject to a Video Consultation with our Sales team to ensure correct measurement. To book this give one of our advisors a call on 1800 836 382. You can refer to our "How to Guides" to get the most out of your consultation.
Please note: You can make a Measure Insurance claim up to 4 weeks after receiving your window decoration.

How do I make a Measure Insurance claim?
If changes to measurements are required after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at 1800 836 382.
Our team will guide you through the easy process of getting the replacement blind of the correct size sent to you, and give you suggestions on how you can organise return of the incorrect sized blind back to us.
If you need the blind in a larger size, you will only need to pay the price difference between the larger replacement and the original item, as well as the delivery fee of $35 per claim. No price difference can be claimed for a smaller replacement.
Please note, we take deductions for all reveal fit blinds & shutters, so please provide your exact reveal measurements with no deductions when ordering.
