Veneta customer service is awesome. I had a small problem with a large vertical honeycomb blind, which covers a sliding glass door and I have had it for 7 years, so it was out of warranty. Veneta sent me the part and followed up with instructions how to fix it. I love my Veneta honeycomb blinds, I have 3 verticals, one drop down and one top down bottom up in my bedroom, which faces the street. I can lie in bed with the top down blind low enough that I can see the road, but no-one can see me! Full marks to Veneta
This replacement works exactly as intended. The 5 stars is given as the service from the Venetia people was exceptional and could not be faulted the response was instant and replacement parts sent immediately and by priority courier.
This accessory has freshened up my blinds nicely. After over a year, the cords on my blinds needed tightening and this little accessory made all the difference.
