This last of my orders started with a slight hickup, but Chuck and Clem solved the issue straight away. Excellent service. Honeycomb blinds arrived in the timeframe I expected. We are now experts in putting them up, even figured out how to hide the knots at the end of the strings. A pair of pliers does the job.
All the windows that we wanted to fit with honeycomb blinds are fitted.
We also had ordered a roller blind. It's fine, the material could be a bit thicker, the colour choice is a bit limited in the premium range, sunscreen. But we chose the colour because the fabric fitted an existing blind from another supplier years ago. At the end it had a lighter appearance.
Over all, I would recommend Veneta to anybody, the service is exceptional, the products are really good for what you pay for. Thank you all.
