Good quality and a perfect fit to the measurements supplied. The let down was the Fedex delivery was a circus. The parcel was sent requiring a signature but I wasn't home so it was taken back to the depot about 20 km away with no way of contacting them. I used Fedex's online system to arrange alternative delivery to a nearby collection point but it did not arrive there so I ended up ringing Veneta who contacted Fedex on my behalf, and told them there was no need for a signature after all. Then, instead of delivering it to my home Fedex took it to another collection point about 5 km away even though I was home.

These venetians are the best quality timber venetians. They are absolutely beautiful, and I love the colour-matched cords and cord knobs. There is extensive choice of colours and stains to chose from, but free samples help to made the choice a bit easier! With clear instructions for how to measure the correct size and how to install them, the blinds were were manufacture precisely to my specifications and fit my windows perfectly. Easy online ordering and excellent customer service plus great value, I will definitely be coming back to Veneta for blinds in the future.
